The only thing we ate was pizza from their and 2 family members got symptoms about 2 hours later of diarrhea. Now my son has had a fever , vomiting and diarrhea going on day 3 now . He ate more slices than any one else and it affected him more . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
