Additional information: On 3/11/25 I bought an almond and cinnamon sugar pretzels from auntie anne’s; cinnaroll from cinnabon in ontario mills at around 6 pm. I ate the pretzels in the mall and ate the part of cinnarolls in the car. I went home. At 9pm I vomit and get a headache. I got a brown and orange colored vomit. I got cramps and chills afterward for 12 hours | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
