I believe it was from the Cesar salad. About 5 hours after eating it, I got so nauseous and dizzy and started vomiting. Vomited for several hours. Chills and aching all night long. Vomited a little today. Have left msg for my Dr to call me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills
