Urgent Care Post-Meal Illness - Clearwater, Clearwater Florida

Ate around 2 pm , started throwing up and had horrible diarrhea with terrible abdominal cramping and pain at about 4 pm. Went to Urgent care around 8:00 pm, had dyhydration, nausea, dry heaving at this point. Up the entire night with symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
