Bought 2 pratas on 4 Feb 2020, 6:15pm. Spouse had her pratas for dinner at 7:30pm. Prior to that, she had not eaten anything. At 2:30am, she started to have cramps and started diarrhoea with feeling of nausea. It usually takes approximately 6 hours to get the food poisoning symptoms. My thoughts are the food poisoning could be caused by a contaminated kitchen or food handler or contaminated food source or all of the mentioned. Kitchen hygiene practices must not be compromised.
