I drank the water on the Climb works zip line over the mountains. I had diarrhea the following day and threw up many times the night / day after. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Our family too. We were there June 29. The County Health Department is conducting an investigation?
We were there on the 6th also and my 8 year old and 14 year old have had diarrhea and puking all day today. I actually received an email from Sevier County food safety asking if we were sick, I guess climb works gave them my email.
