My partner ate a club sandwich from Tesco at around 4-5pm on Wednesday evening. He started feeling unwell around 7pm and had severe vomiting and diarrhoea from 8pm until the next morning. Since then he has been feeling unwell with fever and stonache cramps and hasn’t been able to eat normally. Our children and I have all become unwell with the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
