Picked up two banh mi sandwiches with my daughter at lunch today 16. Dec. Three hours later I had nausea and then explosive diarrhea and then my daughter got hit with all three symptoms. We didn't eat anything else in between. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
