BLT Causes Severe Illness - Co-op, Swindon England

I had eaten a BLT sandwich for my lunch on 19/04/2024 after an hour I felt sick and needed to run to the toilet. After that I went home from work I was violently sick had constant diarrhea I felt freezing cold my body ached all over. This lasted about 8 hours I could not hold down a sip of water. Today I feel a bit better but very tired and drained. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Body Ache
