I bought and ate Cobb salad take out from Loblaws on Wednesday Sept 4th and that following night on I woke up with stomach pains at 4 am. All day stomach was sensitive, then following night the pain worsened around 9pm and I went to bed early to sleep it off. Woke up today (Sept 6th) at 3 am with cramping stomach pain and drank more water. Fell back asleep and woke up at 9 am without stomach pains but stomach still sensitive. Around noon I began to feel very fatigued and got a headache at base of skull around 1 pm and I am beginning to feel achy around my back and arms. I am going to take a nap now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue, Body Ache
