Nausea, Fever After Meal - Commissary, Yigo GU

Ate it around 9:30pm last and woke up about 5am with nausea. Vomited 5 times now and starting in with fever, headache, and chills. It’s the only thing my husband didn’t eat so it has to be it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills
