ER Visit: Severe Food Poisoning - Commissary, Fort Bliss Texas

Food we ate. It started Wednesday after eating breakfast. Didn't vomit / diarrhea u til 3 PM. Went to ER. Still cannot hold any food down. Diarrhea since Wednesday. Stopped vomiting after 6 hours of feeling very nauseous. Wife got hit today by the same symptoms. She's been in bed all day after vomiting and diarrhea. Achiness and chills have been frequent. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Nausea
