I ate the Cook Unity Thanksgiving Feast on Tues night by Wed morning, I was ill with nausea, cramps, acid as the morning went the vomiting & diarrhea started & chills. On my 3rd day can't keep any fluids down the minute I sip water I vomit it back up. My diarrhea is uncontrollable water for over 24hrs now. My husband tried to drive me to the hospital but we barely got out of the drive before I soiled myself the car and dry heaving Im afraid to try again but I know I need some hydration. It was a prepared food service called Cook Unity | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
