I ate a bunch of doritos last night and this morning I woke up with excruciating abdominal pains so i went to the restroom. I threw up then had bad diarrhea and took pepto bismol. I threw up a second time and my intestines are still hurting immensely. I drank some water amd then threw it up. I've barfed 3 times now | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Doritos are highly processed, very unlikely to cause food poisoning. Sounds like a medical problem like gall bladder disease. What else did you eat?
