Purchased a rotisserie chicken from Costco. I had a small portion and within 45 minutes I had diarrhea. My fiancé had a larger portion than I, he was lightheaded, and throwing up within 2 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
