Food Safety Report: Costco.

This is the second time I have eaten the chicken meatballs and I have gotten sick afterwards. I had them a week ago and was sick with nausea, diarrhea and vomiting all night. Didn't think about it as ate more from package and now have the same reaction. I think there must be something wrong with these meatballs. Just curious if anyone else has had that happen | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
