I had the Polish hotdog. Only thing I had eaten for the day so im pretty sure the hotdog was the culprit. Couple hours later. Dizzy nauseated and painful diarrhea with intestinal cramping.still I eat them in occasion. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Dizziness
