“Water - Not sure if it’s the gallon of water I bought from here but most likely. The cap seemed opened already, it just came off without separating from the other piece that usually gets left on the bottle. I didn’t think anything of it until a few minutes after... dinner when I noticed my daughter’s face/cheeks being red. Then I looked in the mirror and my face/cheeks was also flushed red. This only happens to me with alcohol. I don’t drink alcohol because I’m allergic to it. The symptoms I’m experiencing right now is the same symptoms as when I take one sip of alcohol. I get a headache and my face feels warm and my heart starts beating fast. I took my blood pressure and it was high. My heart is also palpitating. My daughter’s blood pressure is also elevated and her heartbeat keeps going up and down from 77 to 125, according to her Apple Watch. This is very weird. ”
“Nausea vomiting diarrhea fever. 5 people. We aren’t sure whether it is bacterial or viral. Five people got sick at different time intervals. Three of us ate hummus/cucumber sandwiches on Friday 2/7. Then, four of us ate sub sandwiches on 2/8.
The first person to show symptoms was Sunday afternoon,... the last person started having symptoms yesterday morning.
Symptoms included violent vomiting and diarrhea, stomach cramping, and fever.
We have a 12 week old baby at home who is breastfed, and she is well so far.
I’m trying to figure out the source because I am worried my baby will get sick. ”

“Yesterday 17 Feb (Tuesday) around 7.30pm, we got 4ppl went to your restaurant to eat dinner, we ordered plenty of sushi and other dishes. Your sushi is terrible, tasteless, especially salmon sushi and egg mayo, not fresh, I suspected this is the cause that one of my friend got food... poisoning after eat your sushi, vomit and diarrhea since yesterday night, another friend not feeling right after eating your food. I stomachache since yesterday until this morning only recover after I went the toilet. We pay to eat and enjoy your fresh and quality dishes, not food that losing freshness and tasteless. Is it right for a restaurant to serve such awful dishes for a customer especially raw food that can bring a lot of issue after eating if the food losing freshness? Can you bear the responsibility if the customer don't feeling well and get life threatening cause by food poisoning after eating your food? How do your restaurant responsible for our illness after eating your food? ”
“I ate an enchilada verde for lunch. It was the only thing I had eaten all day other than my normal coffee and water. About 2 hours later I became violently ill, throwing up, so weak, chills, body aches, neck ache, what feels like a UTI and tender kidneys. It’s... insane. I’m hoping I get better overnight. ”
“Valentine’s Day 2020. I ate the daddy burger which was different to the food my husband and family members ate. I’m the only one ill. We ate around 6pm and by 8am I was feeling sick and the diarrhoea began. The stomach cramps started midway through the day and the... diarrhoea has worsened! I haven’t eaten anything else that can cause this as I only had toast before the meal all day and again this morning till the diarrhoea began! ”
