Got a piece of combo pizza and a mocha freeze around 2 oclock on 8-9-13. I started to feel upset stomach at the beach 2 hours later. I lost complete appetite that evening and began vomiting and dry heaving all night. I had a fever and was pale. waking up every hour or so with stomach pains ,dry heaving, and vomiting | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
