Food Safety Report: Costco.

Ate lunch at Costco about 12pm 12-26-15 and started feeling nauseous around 630pm-7pm that day. Went to bed early and about 230am is when the diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting started.. 12-27-15 @ 130pm still nauseous, still vomiting, and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
