I ate some of the Kirkland brand trail mix this morning and had nausea - I thought it may be unrelated because I have IBS, so I ate another snack sized pack later in the day and had severe nausea with hot flashes, but it got better after diarrhea.I have eaten all the ingredients before - assorted nuts, raisins, m&ms, so I’m not sure why this happened. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
