Lasagna Illness: Severe Symptoms - Costco, Beltsville Maryland

I ate lasagna and got sick. 1 so far and it started about a day after eating. I have abdominal pain and diarrhea and I feel nauseous. I have a huge headache and my whole body was aching and I got a cramp in my arm all the way to my stomach on the side.
