Me and my girlfriend purchased the large 4 pound box of orange chicken from there and my girlfriend ate some for lunch at the beginning of the day. It was the only thing me and her have eaten that wasn’t the same thing. Around 6-7 hours after consuming it she has been continuously throwing up and having diarrhea and it hasn’t been able to stop approximately 16 hours after consuming. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
