The morning after I ate Lucky Charms, I had major intestinal issues I would eat lucky charms as a midnight snack, but the next morning I would be on the toilet for no less than an hour. Cramps and allot of pain. Also triggered severe hemeriods, which took me out for the rest of my day, because I had to take ibuprofen to bring down the swelling.
