We bought two packs of Kirkland Signature muffins from Costco (one blueberry and one chocolate) and immediately got serious food poisoning symptoms. We had severe diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, stomach pain and stomach cramps. We saw a direct correlation with eating the muffins and our symptoms.
