We ate a Costco frozen pizza last Thursday after cooking it per the instructions. The next day I was extremely nauseous and my boyfriend was not only nauseous, but was experiencing vomiting, a fever of 100, and diarrhea. We were not sure what had caused it so we kept the other pizzas and decided to make one yesterday. Now today we are both sick again and this time I'm much worse and had to cancel a drs appt and miss work this morning because this pizza made me sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
