We ate pizza and chicken bakes for dinner Thursday, 8/9/2018. My son immediately started having symptoms within a short amount of time, diarrhea, stomach cramps. He continued with those symptoms and his fever elevated over the next few days to 103.7. He had muscle aches, headaches, fatigue.
