Poutine Illness: Vomiting, Pain - Costco, Kitchener Ontario

My son and I ate the poutine from here. Never again. A few hours later we were vomiting, had diarrhea and for 2 days extreme pain in our stomach. The poutine was all we had when all these symptoms came on.
Used Pepto Bismol the second day and it eased the stomach pain a little but going on 3 days of this now. Slowly easing up.
