Yesterday at approximately 2 pm we bought pizza at Costco for my children, one under six years old and the other 13 years old. The 13-year-old was at home while the six-year-old decided to eat the pizza on the way home while the other ate at home. It was the only thing both ate the same since for breakfast each one ate something different. Around 12 o'clock the 6-year-old who ate first started vomiting and then around 2:30 the older boy who ate later also had vomiting and stomach pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
