Sampled the cauliflower pizza and started to spike a fever 2-3 hours later, and suddenly gagged while cooking dinner… fever spiked to 103 and I have been vomiting for 6 hours straight! Rinsed mouth with water and started vomiting all over again. I feel like I’m going to die!
