Additional information: I don't normally eat here but a family member who is a member at Costco brought the pizza home. About an hour after eating it my symptoms started. If I get a stomach ache in the past which is rare Pepto normally works. I've taken Pepto twice now, last night and this afternoon and it's not helping.
