Purchased Rayburn’s Philly cheesesteaks from Costco, didn’t eat anything else that day, got the worst food poisoning of my life. I’m no stranger to food poisoning and this was unlike anything I’ve experienced. After 24 hours of non stop vomiting, fever, chills, body aches and stomach pain, I was peeing blood for a week. I’m concerned it could have been E. coli. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
