Churro & Hotdog Illness - Costco, Marina del Rey California

Around 11am on Thursday 2-14-17 i ordered a "polish hotdog" and a "churro" about 2 hours later I started getting the chills and body aches that continued through out the evening. The next morning I woke up feeling worse, with stomach pain, nausea, full body aching, nausea, headache and not being able to eat nothing. I have not gone to doctor as I am auto medicating myself with Tylenol and drinking fluids such as water, 7up and Pedialyte. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
