Rotisserie Chicken GI Distress - Costco, Alhambra California

On 11/07/21, I purchased a Roasted Chicken sandwich with salad. They were just putting them in the case, and looked very fresh. Got home, ate it, and started to experience extreme GI symptoms about 45 mins after eating. Had not eaten much all day, so it is likely this food product was responsible. Symptoms: bloating, gas, stomach and intestinal pain and inflammation, nausea, vomiting, headache, fever, sweating, dizziness and complete loss of appetite. These symptoms lasted 3 days, and I had to remain in close proximity to a toilet at all times. Also lost a lot of sleep.
