My grandmother and I consumed the already thawed tilapia on June 18th. three hours later I developed disruptive gas in my sleep followed by explosive diarrhea and nausea. My grandmother only tasted it and experienced diarrhea only. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas
