13/12/21, My husband and I attended a wedding there this past weekend. We arrived on 08/12/21 and ate only from Couples’ restaurants. Hi I was wondering where you stayed. Tower isle? I got diagnosed with C.diff 4 days after returning from there. Thanks.
I was there the same time. 4 days after returning was diagnosed with C. Diff.
Oh wow. I'm so sorry. I hope you feel better now. We did stay at Couples Tower Isle. I ended up going to an Urgent care once we were back in the US and received an IV and antibiotics. I asked the nurse practitioner if it could be C. diff. but she thought that my symptoms didn't seem to align with that. I did not get tested for what bacteria it was but the antibiotics helped whereas I think they would have just made C. diff worse.
