Last night I had 3 cheeseburgers from McDonald's blyth at around 20:30 they did seem to taste a bit odd so I didn't eat the last one about an hour or so later I started getting a bit of a upset stomach, later began to feel nauseous what made me feel very unwell I had to lie down... I felt worse as the time passed then later vomiting 5-6 times | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
