Went for breakfast. Got mamma's pancake breakfast. Started feeling off about an hour later. By lunch everything came back out both ends pretty violently. Been sick ever since. Been sleeping most of the day trying to keep from moving too much. Every time i move my stomach turns in knots | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
