At first I thought it was a common stomach bug but it didn't go away in the usual 24-48 hours. No one else in my family got it (including my 3 kids) which is unlike a stomach bug. I have all the telltale signs of Salmonella, chills, body aches more so in legs and feet, abdominal cramping, bloody diarrhea, and headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache
