Picked up Cinco delite salad on 9/7 and ate it at home. By 1pm on 9/8 I had severe nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I became so lethargic I ended up going in to get IV fluids at direction of a nurse. I was unable to keep much of anything down. I am also pregnant, so contacted my doctor as well who also believes this to be food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
