Unsure what restaurant is to blame either in Dubrovnik, korcula or hvar , but I had sever diarrhea for 7 days, fever and very bad abdominal pain. The hospital and doctor over there didn’t even bother doing a stool test instead told me probiotics and hospital gave me iv fir dehydration. Got home and tested, was campylobacter-aka food poisoning, Just me, | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
