Salmonella Illness: Severe Symptoms - Culver City, Culver City California

Salmonella type poisoning lasting a week. Violent stomach pain and vomiting and diarrhoea, a fever, dizziness and hallucinations. Had to call a doctor out and get an injection in my butt. Pooped myself multiple times and had to poo whilst vomiting into a waste paper bin. Both me and Boyfriend v v unwell. Think it was trader joes cheese but could have been salmon from Malibu farm cafe. Never been so unwell in my life, tried to contact hospitals too overnight but couldn’t get in anywhere. Thank god for travel insurance. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
