Dairy Queen
Stopped in on my way to kansas on friday evening and had a burger. Sharp stomach pains about an hour later. Couldn't eat or drink anything the rest of the night. Spent the next day in the hospital with two iv's to keep me hydrated | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
