That is not an allergic reaction, especially considering this person has likely ordered this before. They need to make sure these fast food restaurants are cleaning their machines properly. Sounds like listeria to me.

yes ice cream is recalled for salmonella and its common to get norovirus after eating dairy queens ice cream.
