Cockroach infestation. The restaurant had been closed March 3 through March 5 because of a cockroach infestation. It received a 91/A during a voluntary follow-up inspection March 12, and the inspector noted finding one dead roach but no other signs of vermin. But after someone complained that they’d spotted a roach by the cash register, an inspector returned March 24, saw several live roaches and suspended the health permit again.
