Dairy Queen
I ate a dairy queen blizzard with some friends. A few hours later, I had some diarreah, and thought it had cleared. I was wrong. Later that day, I experienced excessive diarreah, nausea, and a bit of vomit. The establishment was not clean, and the staff was rude.

Needless to say, please don't eat at the dairy queen on central ave, phoenix. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
