Additional information: I got a 4 peice chicken strip basket and cheesecurds, earlier that day I also had cheesecurds thats it💀 I started eating my meal but it tasted really weird, then a few hours later at 2am I woke up sweaty with a fever but had the chills, ran to my bathroom while shitting my pants and vomited everywhere. After that i got up every hour puking and shitting everywhere until 7am. it's now the 2nd day and I've stopped vomiting but still have diarrhea. I had to miss work, i haven't eaten since dq, i couldn't keep any fluids or medicine down and I still feel horrible. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
