I have gotten sick multiple times after eating the ranch cups from Sprague Road Dairy Queen Inc, 12980 Sprague Rd, Parma, OH. Their May 21, 2026 inspection noted ranch dressing cold holding at 48°F in the front counter cooler. I am concerned the ranch cups may not be consistently held at safe temperature. This has happened to me several times after eating their chicken strip basket with ranch dipping cup. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
