Additional information: Now having a bowel movement with gas. It's hurting my stomach. There is now some blood when I wipe. All I ate today around 2pm was Dairy Queen Cotton Candy Blizzard. I took a nap and woke up with bad pains and cramping in my belly. Belly is distended and I am in pain. Feel very passive. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps, Gas

do you have diarrhea it could be caused by bloody diarrhea i have heard of bloody diarrhea being a symtom as food poisening however if its watery its gotta be norovirus witch is called the bug its a highly congtagious bug.
