Ordered Food on Thursday November 6th, 2025 around 7 or 8pm for me and my downstairs neighbor. It was two Dr. Pepper BBQ Patty Melt meals. Late Friday night early Saturday morning I woke up with stomach pains, nausea and diarrhea. Then the vomiting started. I'm not able to keep any liquids down. Headaches and chills came after. Text my downstairs neighbor for some medicine thinking it was just me, He let me know he was having the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
